I start with the higher time frame and the calendar. If I can't explain a level in one sentence, I don't trade it.
Trading journal · since the mask went on
I'm the Mask. I write about how I approach markets: the plan before the trade, the risk before the plan, and the notes I take after. No hype, no promises. Just the process.

The market doesn't owe you a trade.
Three words
The order matters. Most people spend all their time on the first word. The other two decide whether you are still trading next year.
I start with the higher time frame and the calendar. If I can't explain a level in one sentence, I don't trade it.
Every idea gets an exit before an entry. Position size comes from the stop, never from how confident I feel.
Two sessions a day, a checklist before each trade and a journal entry after. Boring on purpose.

The story so far
The achievements I'm proud of are habits. Here's how the journal turned into this blog.
Early on, I entered because price was moving. I exited because I got scared. The journal from that time is short and painful.
One page: entry reason, invalidation, size. It felt slow. It was the first time my decisions were readable the next day.
I cut screen time to the London and New York sessions. Fewer trades, clearer head, better notes.
I started posting with a mask so the conversation stays on the method, not on the person or the screenshots.
The journal turned into this blog and a free Telegram channel, so other traders can follow the process in public.
