bwghub.com is published by NONA TRADE LLC (“BWG Hub”, “we”, “us”), a Florida Limited Liability Company registered in the State of Florida, United States, under document number L15000090368, with its principal address at 5802 Hoffner Avenue, Suite 708, Orlando, FL 32822, USA. 2. What the site is

BWG Hub is a personal blog and educational resource about trading and crypto markets. It publishes the author's observations, opinions, a monthly news digest and simple learning tools. The author writes under the pen name “the Mask”.

We do not provide investment, financial, tax or legal advice; we do not sell trading signals, manage accounts, hold client funds, operate an exchange or act as a broker, dealer or investment adviser. Nothing on the site or in the channel is an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any asset.

3. Your decisions and risk

Any decision to trade or invest is yours alone. Trading crypto assets, derivatives and other leveraged products carries a high risk of loss. Opinions and examples are not predictions, and past market behaviour does not indicate future results. Please read our Risk Disclosure.

4. Eligibility

The site and the channel are intended for adults aged 18 or older. Do not use the sign-up form if you are under 18.

5. The Telegram channel

The channel is free and run on Telegram, a third-party service with its own terms and privacy policy. We don't control Telegram and are not responsible for it. We never ask channel members for payments, private keys, seed phrases, passwords or remote access. Anyone doing so is not us.

6. Content and intellectual property

Texts, graphics, the logo, the character and videos on the site belong to NONA TRADE LLC or are used with permission. You may share links and short quotes with attribution. Other copying or commercial use requires our written consent. Trademarks of third parties mentioned in the digest belong to their owners and are used only to report news.

7. Accuracy

We work to keep information correct and name our sources, but news and markets change quickly. Content is provided “as is” and may contain errors or become outdated. See our Editorial Policy for how we correct mistakes.

8. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site: no attempts to break security, scrape at scale, send spam, or impersonate us or others.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, NONA TRADE LLC is not liable for losses arising from trading or investment decisions, from reliance on the content, or from third-party services such as Telegram. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable US federal law. Courts in Orange County, Florida have jurisdiction, unless consumer law where you live gives you other rights.
