Why I only trade two sessions a day
Crypto never closes. That's exactly why I decided my working hours would.
The market runs 24/7. I don't. For a long time I behaved as if I had to, and my worst trades came from the hours when I was tired and bored.
The London and New York windows
I work the London session and the New York session, when volume is usually highest and moves tend to be cleaner. Outside of them I look at charts only to update my notes.
The method page has a small clock that shows both sessions in your local time.
What changed
Fewer trades. Clearer reasons. Better sleep. And a journal that's actually readable, because every entry was written with a fresh head.
I'm not saying these hours are right for you. I'm saying having hours at all is better than having none.
