Method

How I structure a trading day.

The routine behind every trade, rebuilt here so you can try it. It's for learning only and doesn't tell you what to trade.

Sessions

Two windows, not the whole day.

I focus on the London and New York sessions, when volume is usually highest. The clock below uses your device's time to show where both sessions are right now.

Session hours are approximate and shift with daylight saving time. Crypto trades 24/7; these are the hours I choose to work.

Pre-trade checklist

No green light, no trade.

I don't place an order until every box is ticked. Try it: the stamp appears only when the plan is complete.

Market psychology

The emotion cycle I try not to ride.

Every big swing comes with the same feelings, in the same order. Tap a stage to see what it feels like from the inside, and the rule I use so the feeling doesn't make the decision.

Stage 1 of 8 · Disbelief

“This bounce won't last.”

My ruleI don't need to be first. I wait for structure to confirm before I have an opinion.

An illustration of a widely used market-psychology model. It is not a price chart and not a forecast.

After the trade

The journal entry.

Every trade, win or loss, gets the same five lines. Reviewing them weekly is where most of the learning happens.
