What we collect, why, who we share it with, and your rights.
Last updated: October 20, 2026
1. Who is responsible
bwghub.com is published by NONA TRADE LLC (“BWG Hub”, “we”, “us”), a Florida Limited Liability Company registered in the State of Florida, United States, under document number L15000090368, with its principal address at 5802 Hoffner Avenue, Suite 708, Orlando, FL 32822, USA. Contact: hello@bwghub.com.
For privacy requests write to privacy@bwghub.com with the subject “Privacy request”.
2. What we collect
Sign-up form (channel link): first name, experience level, optional interests, and your confirmations (18+, risk acknowledgement, privacy).
Contact form: name, email, topic and message.
Automatically: technical data (browser, device, approximate location from IP, pages visited, referring page) and, only if you allow it, cookies and pixels for analytics and advertising described below.
We don't ask for payment details, government ID, phone numbers, wallet addresses or private keys, and we don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
3. Why we use it
To show you the channel link and personalise the welcome page; to answer messages; to understand which content is useful (analytics, with consent); to measure and improve our ads (advertising, with consent); to keep the site secure; and to meet legal obligations.
Legal bases where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies: your consent (analytics and advertising cookies, sign-up), our legitimate interests (security, basic statistics that don't use cookies), and steps you ask us to take (replying to you).
4. Analytics and advertising partners
If you accept analytics or advertising cookies, these partners may receive device identifiers, page views and events (for example “sign-up completed”): Google (Analytics, Google Ads), Meta Platforms (Facebook and Instagram pixel), TikTok (TikTok Pixel), Snap Inc. (Snap Pixel), MGID and Outbrain. They process this data under their own privacy policies and may use it to measure ads and, where permitted, personalise ads.
We use Google Consent Mode: until you accept, Google tags run in a restricted mode without advertising cookies. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, advertising stays off.
You can change your choice at any time in Cookie settings at the bottom of every page, and you can also adjust ad preferences in your Google, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Snapchat accounts.
6. Your privacy choices (US state rights)
Some US states (including California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut and others) give residents rights to know, access, correct and delete personal information, and to opt out of “selling” or “sharing” it for targeted advertising. Sharing data with advertising partners via cookies may count as “sharing” under those laws. To opt out, choose “Reject” or switch off advertising in Cookie settings, or enable Global Privacy Control in your browser.
To exercise any other right, email privacy@bwghub.com. We'll verify your request with information you already gave us and answer within the time the law sets. You may use an authorised agent. We won't treat you differently for using your rights.
7. How to delete your data
Email privacy@bwghub.com with the subject “Delete my data” and the first name you used (and the email, if you contacted us). We'll delete form submissions and confirm within 30 days. Data held by advertising partners can be removed through their own tools; leaving the Telegram channel is done in Telegram.
8. How long we keep it
Sign-up answers: up to 12 months. Contact messages: up to 24 months, or longer if needed for a legal claim. Cookie choices: 12 months. Then we delete or anonymise the data.
9. International transfers and security
We're based in the United States; if you visit from elsewhere, your data is processed in the US. Where the GDPR applies, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses. We use encryption in transit, access controls and minimal data collection; no method is perfectly secure.
10. Rights in the EEA and UK
You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability and objection, and withdraw consent at any time. You may complain to your local data protection authority.
11. Changes
We'll post updates here and change the date above. Significant changes will also be announced on the site.
